1. Booking and Payments

Deposits: A non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your booking. This amount will be adjusted against your final invoice.

Payment Schedule: Full payment must be completed by the date of service (event date or media return), or as per the mutually agreed payment plan.

Payment Methods: We accept various modes including UPI, bank transfers, and card payments via secure third-party platforms.
2. Cancellation and Rescheduling

Cancellations: If you cancel after booking, the deposit remains non-refundable. For early cancellations, we may allow transfer of the deposit to a future booking (subject to approval and availability).

Rescheduling: We’ll do our best to accommodate rescheduling requests, but changes on short notice may incur additional charges based on availability and effort already invested.
3. Scope of Services
We offer two primary service categories:

Photography & Videography Services: Includes wedding, pre-wedding, events, editing, and album designing. Deliverables include professionally edited photos, videos, and albums within the committed timelines.

Media Conversion Services: Includes digitization of VCR Tapes, Mini DVs, CDs, DVDs, Hi8 tapes, etc. Converted files are delivered via cloud, USB, or DVD, along with the return of original media.
Additional requests beyond the agreed scope (extra edits, physical storage, special packaging, etc.) will be chargeable.
4. Rights to Images, Videos & Digital Media

Client Rights: You may use all delivered photos, videos, or digital files for personal use. Commercial use requires written permission.

Studio Rights: Unless requested otherwise in writing before the shoot or conversion, we may use select photos, videos, or success stories for marketing purposes (website, social media, portfolios).

Copyright: All original works (photos, videos, and converted digital content) remain the intellectual property of Sushma Studios / STYKS Studios Private Limited.
5. Editing and Style

Photography/Videography: Our team follows a consistent style, as shown in our portfolio. Raw files are not shared. Minor revision requests are accepted, but major re-edits may be chargeable.

Media Conversion: We do not enhance or alter original footage unless restoration is part of the package. Quality depends on the source media.
6. Client Responsibilities

Event Services: Clients must ensure timely presence of individuals and availability of locations. Delays or disruptions may affect the outcome or incur extra charges.

Shipping for Conversion Services: Clients are responsible for safe packaging of their media. We recommend using insured courier services with tracking.
7. Liability
While we take every precaution, Sushma Studios is not liable for:

Unforeseen delays due to technical issues, natural disasters, or courier-related problems.

Lost or damaged items during third-party shipping (unless insured by the client).

Data loss due to deteriorated or corrupted original media. We do our best to salvage whatever is possible.
In any case, our liability is limited to a refund or rescheduling, as deemed appropriate.
8. Privacy
