This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which refunds may be granted across both our event photography/videography and digital media conversion services. Please read it carefully before booking or placing an order.
1. Booking Deposit

Non-Refundable Deposit: To confirm your booking (for either events or media conversion orders), a non-refundable deposit is required. This secures your date/order slot and covers preliminary preparation or scheduling.

Date Transfers (Event Services): If you notify us in advance and we have availability, we may allow a one-time transfer of the deposit to a new date. Further rescheduling may incur additional fees.
2. Cancellation Policy
Client-Initiated Cancellations:
If you choose to cancel your event or order:

More than 30 Days Before the Event / Conversion Start Date:
50% refund of any amount paid beyond the deposit -
15–30 Days Before the Event / Conversion Start Date:
25% refund of any amount paid beyond the deposit -
Less than 15 Days Before:
No refund is applicable, as bookings and preparations are already in progress.
Note: For media conversion, the conversion process may begin shortly after receiving your media. If cancellation occurs after processing has started, no refund will be possible.
Studio-Initiated Cancellations:
In rare cases where we are unable to fulfill your booking due to unforeseen circumstances:

A full refund, including the deposit, will be issued

Alternatively, we may offer to reschedule or provide service at a later date, at no extra cost
3. Refunds for Product Deliverables
Event Services:

Once final deliverables (photos, videos, albums) are shared, refunds are not possible, especially for dissatisfaction with editing style if it matches our portfolio and sample work.

Minor edits are allowed within the package. Extensive changes or reworks may incur extra charges but are not eligible for refunds.
Media Conversion Services:

Due to the nature of this service, once digitization has begun or is completed, no refund can be provided.

We always strive for the best quality, but outcomes depend heavily on the condition of your original tapes/discs. Refunds will not be issued for poor output caused by damaged or deteriorated source media.
4. Force Majeure (Unforeseen Circumstances)
In case of events beyond our control — such as natural disasters, health emergencies, or government restrictions:

We will reschedule your service/order at no additional cost.

Refunds are not guaranteed, but may be considered on a case-by-case basis based on service progress and expenses already incurred.
