Order Processing & Shipping Timeline
At Sushma Studios, a registered brand of STYKS Studios Private Limited, we prioritize the safety and timely delivery of your precious memories. Below are our standard shipping guidelines:
1. Order Processing
Once we receive your VHS, CD, DVD, MiniDV, or Hi8 tapes, we carefully inspect and log them into our system. Processing typically takes 3–7 business days, depending on the number of media items.
2. Digital Conversion Time
The conversion process varies based on the format and quantity but generally takes 7–14 business days after order confirmation.
3. Return Shipping
Once your media is digitized, we securely ship back your original media along with the digital copies (via cloud storage, USB, or DVD, based on your selection).
Shipping Methods
We offer multiple shipping options for both sending and receiving your media:
Standard Shipping: 5–7 business days
Express Shipping: 2–3 business days
Local Pickup & Drop: Available in select cities
Shipping charges vary based on location, package weight, and the selected shipping method. Exact costs are calculated at checkout.
Safe Packaging Guidelines
To ensure the safety of your tapes and discs, please follow these guidelines when shipping your media to us:
Use a sturdy box with proper cushioning (bubble wrap or newspaper).
Place tapes in plastic covers to prevent dust and scratches.
Seal the package securely and label it clearly with our address.
Use a reliable courier service with tracking.
Tracking & Delivery Updates
Once we receive your package, we notify you via email/SMS with a confirmation.
When your converted files are ready and shipped, we provide a tracking number to monitor your order.
If you choose cloud storage delivery, secure download links will be shared via email.
Damaged or Lost Shipments
While we take every precaution to handle your media safely, Sushma Studios (a registered brand of STYKS Studios Private Limited) is not responsible for damage or loss caused by third-party courier services.
We recommend insured shipping to safeguard your valuables. In case of lost shipments, we assist in tracking and claim filing wherever possible.
International Shipping
At present, we only offer domestic shipping within India. International orders are not accepted at this time.
